This scholarship is awarded to students from ASEAN countries that have outstanding academic achievements. This scholarship will cover a full 4 years cost of university, including living expenses of S$6,000, S$200 pocket money and two ways airplane tickets will be provided whenever it is needed. However, scholarship comes with a condition, which is to work in Singapore companies for about 6 years upon graduation.
Dr Goh Keng Swee Scholarship
Dr Goh Keng Swee Scholarship is a private scholarship that is presented by Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS). The goal of this scholarship program is to increase the growth and development of Singapore economy. As a country that is well known for trade and being the centre of international finance, it’s not a surprise that such scholarship is made.
Dr Goh Keng Swee scholarship is applicable to any students who would like to study at NUS, NTU, SMU or SUTD with any degree major except for medicine. This scholarship will cover school fees for a maximum of 4 years, and it will be granted every year to follow up on students’ performances in school. The Singapore Scholarship
This other scholarship is meant for ASEAN students who would like to study any majors except for architecture, law, medicine and dentistry. The Singapore Scholarship is applicable to any ASEAN students who would like to enrol in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS) or Singapore Management University (SMU) for 3-4 years.
The scholarship covers full school tuition fees, yearly necessities expenses (S$4,300), food, transportation, textbooks, accommodation and other school necessities.
