Monga has three flavours of fried chicken fillets available: The King (original with salt and pepper), Hot Chick (bell pepper flavour) and Taiker (Japanese sauce and seaweed flavour). Monga stands out from other stores because of the fact that they use honey and not white sugar to marinate the chicken so that the flesh would be tender and healthier!
